Norbuilt has been involved in an employment arrangement with Iron Bark Employment and ITEC Employment to source local indigenous workers for all of our construction projects.
In January 2011 Norbuilt formally entered into the Australian Employment Covenant (AEC), a national industry- led incentive aimed at securing the commitment of sustainable jobs for indigenous Australians. The vision is to bring Australians together and to break the vicious cycle of unemployment, hopelessness and poverty that exists among many Indigenous Australians.
Norbuilt have signed an agreement with the Australian Employment Covenant and have committed to assigning 2 positions dedicated to Indigenous Employees. For current vacancies, please see the employment page.
